All i can say is WOW! I just bought my father his first Lane1 ball the other day. We had a problem with the ball that many other companies might not of helped us with. Anyway, Chuck at Lane1 got right on it and a brand new one arrived this morning! Now i know why Lane1 had such a loyal fan base. (Sawheads). I just bought a Carbide Plus as my first saw and am quite impressed! With quality products and first class customer service i know we will be buying many more. Thanks again Chuck!

Agreed, Lane#1s Customer service is second to none...  They do way more then they have to as far as I'm concerned allot of times as you might have seen other people post as well....

I could not agree more.  Anthony at Lane One is superior in customer questions.
You email him on anything, and he will respond the very same day.

There is only one Lane #1
