New Buzzsaws coming in August!

This is from Richie Sposato, President of Lane1:

We'll be releasing a solid resin Cherry Bomb in August. We're changing the color of the Blueberry to Cranberry. We're also working on a pearl urethane XXL as well.

That's about it for now. There are some other projects in the testing stages that are too premature to speak about at this time.

I wonder what coverstock they will use on the solid Cherry Bomb and what core they will use in the XXL.  I can't wait!  Take care....JS

Hey, I see we have found what Clump has changed his name to.  Only Clump ever claimed to have that kind of onside track on ball info, and I only knew half of what JS, ooops, I mean Clump posted.  Welcome back Clump, and I see you have gotten better at yout typed English.  Hey Ragnaar, we have found him.  Now we can stop the search until he goes back into hiding again.  And here I was claiming Pchee2 was Clump, and others thought it was me.  I will add that I heard that theywere thinking of merging the Bomb Core w/BB coverstock, maybe that's why the color change to Cranberry.

Sorry Saw Mill but I am not Clump (my posts are much too coherent to be confused with his! LOL).  I do talk to a few Lane1 reps and was told info that I said I would not post until it became public knowledge and it has.  I copied Richie's message from the Lane1 website forum.  Anyway, my money on Clump's ID was on Rags!  Take care....JS

From what I understand, the Cranberry will be the same as the BB, just a different color.  It's just as they did with the Black Raspberry becoming the BB.  My guess on the core of the pearl urethane (I have no inside info on this) will be the XL or the Silver Diamond core.  I think the CB core may be too strong for the weaker coverstock.  Any thoughts on this?  Take care....JS

Cranberry is just a color change.  The test ball aren't out yet, but the reason for the change was someone believe that the color pigment has an affect on reaction.

Cherry Bomb Solid is because the solid in the Lane 1 line currently is the Blueberry. So, it needed one badly.

The XXL is suppose to have the XL weightblock.  The Viper is being discontinued because it really didn't react like a urethane in some opinion.

I too had promised not to say anything.  Saw King tried to get it out of me, so now you know.  Delivery is expected to be late August.  If anyone is interest I can see what I can work out for orders.  No I am not Clump, but I do miss the guy.
