Cracked Blueberry

My Blueberry cracked from the ring finger through the pin and onto the balance hole.  Is it possible to get this ball replaced?

I'm pretty sure they will. Lane 1 is a class company and stands behind their product.

I emailed Ritchie at Lane 1 about my cracked Blueberry.  I hope they replace the ball.  I'd like to get a Tsunami but will have to wait for their response.
