+Carbide+Plus Color ?

Hi guys,

Got my new Carbide Plus today and noticed that the color was almost dark purple or black (like my Super Carbide Bomb) and the yellow printing saying "+carbide+plus" is in much smaller letters than we all can see on the Lane#1 homepage. Have anyone any ideas in this matter ?

The web pic is most probably an idealistic catalogue picture. Colors of many balls do not not live up with these quite often - if you look at the XXcel web pics and the real life ball, the coverstock colors are much duller and the engravings are not white but green. Besides, there can be production changes with colors in single batches. I have seen MoRich Saharas side by side which differed very much in color/tone strength. One was sky blue and light violet, the other some ink blue and a violet tune, much darker overall.
