Looking for a NIB 15# Blueberry C2
« on: November 16, 2005, 12:36:39 AM »
If anyone has one that they would sell please let me know.

Thanks

P.S. - I would've posted this under the wanted/for sale section but it would just get buried there in an hour.

And what do you want to pay for it?
Your eye teeth, your first born  or your sister's virginity?
(Old indicators of value)

You're looking to pay no less than $150 - $250, depending on the mood of the seller plus a few other factors.

You might try looking for a Brunswick Bruiser or a Cranberry, both of which will be very close (& can be made very close) and can be had for considerably less money.

Good Luck.

LOL Charlest.
Good advice though. I must agree. I found the Nemesis to be fairly close to the BB.
Now, I hate to dissuade someone from buying a Buzzsaw AND we are talking about my favorite here, but......(as Ive heard)taking it up the azz really hurts. IMO, NEVER pay more than $170 shipped for a NIB Blueberry. Too many fools think these are worth their weight in gold. If you are patient and look hard enough, you should be able to find an honest person who will sell you this great ball for a fair and reasonable price. Let the convicts travel the hershey highway. lol. Good luck.

Well, I hate to disagree with anyone on this board, HOWEVER. I found a guy that had 2 nib blueberries so I bought one, drilled it, used it, loved it, so I bought his other one. One had a long pin with high top, & the other one had a short pin with 3.2 top. They fit my game & are killing the shot I bowl on. I have the cranberry drilled 1:30 label, so when I need a little more flip on the back, I use that ball. They are worth EVERY penny to me. I'm going to try out my tsunami today, & even with all of the great things I've heard about this ball, I have doubts that it can be as good as my blueberry or cranberry.
By the way, I paid about the same for my bluberries & cranberry.

A few years ago I used Lane#1 exclusively and had just about every Buzzsaw released within a 2 or 3 year window.  I even had NIB Pearl Cherries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Carbides, etc. stashed away for a rainy day.  Well, things got real tough real quick, so I found myself selling my entire Buzzsaw stash and arsenal.  It hurt pretty bad to sell all of my Buzzsaws, but you've got to do what you've got to do.  Bowling wasn't priority #1 at that time.  I realize I'll never be able to replace every ball I used to have (unless I had about $5000 to spend on bowling equipment) but I'd really like to procure a couple.  Starting with the Blueberry because it worked so well on our house shot.  I was hoping someone that had a few NIB could let one go for something around the $175 shipped range because I'll still have to pay another $55 to get the thing drilled.
