Hello all... I managed to luck into a free (used 10-15 games only!)
Pearl Cherry /C^2 at the alley this afternoon. Don't know much about this
particular ball because its a few years old. I'm not too sure what to make
of the ball after reading the reviews and looking at the info from the lane#1 site.

Can anyone offer any details about the balls use, conditions, ball reaction,
length, etc...??

I want to figure out where this might fit in my lane#1 collection so far.

Hi WillynHook, a free cherry C2 is a prize indeed. I got one drilled up a couple weeks ago & it's a nice rolling ball. Mine was only a 2 3/4" pin, I think, & we ended up putting the pin in the ring finger with cg straight below. I still don't know exactly where it fits in my arsenal, I would say somewhere between my dirty bomb & H2O. I thought it would be a skid/flip ball because it is pearl, but I get a slightly earlier roll than I expected with a good strong backend. Another typical buzzsaw with great roll, great hit, & great carry. HO Hum! Looking at your lineup, I would say no matter how you drill it, it should fit just under your uranium. Hope that helps.

i have been lucky to pick up a few cherry c2's..i have one drilled 3 3/8 x 3 3/8 and its really finishes strong, one pin under cg out, and one that has a great all round drilling for the ball, pin over the bridge and cg out...
