You know, I wish Mr. Buzzsaw would...

take up Mr. Ping's (Karsten), philosophy of doing business when it comes to his products. For those of you who don't play golf, you can get any...let me say that again, ANY set of golf clubs his company has made in the past few years as long as you special order them. You still have to pay a mint to get them though.

Now I know this is nowhere near feasible for Mr. Buzzsaw, not having the resources of the bigger companies, but like Ping, Buzzsaws are truly a specific market. One of the pro shops in my area who promotes Lane 1 had a 14# Black Rasberry (I'm pretty sure that's what it was...) in his shop like it was a trophy or something. (He has it on a pedestal and everything!) He even has a pearlized Carbide too.

Man, if this was possible, I'd get and LRG just for the sake of getting one! (The thought of sending a bright red ball right and watching it go left would be just cool!) Anyway, if I could get one gift from Santa this year, it would be that. Well, that and a five ball arsenal, four ball bag, and a custom retro bowling shirt with my personal Buzzsaw design on the back of it!
(Note: I already have my ABS Kangaroo Tour Ultras. SST...who?)

When you've moved up, moved back, adjusted left and right, cupped, flattened out, have thrown everyting in your arsenal, and the pins still don't cooperate, just say, "Aw to HELL with it!", and throw the ball!

There are balls made in the past from all manufacturers that many of us would love to get our hands on. Bowling being the small, niche product that it is, it is economically unfeasible to do this, even for relatively large companies like Brunswick and Columbia.

Keep in mind that a large retailer/distributor, like BowlingBall.com had Brunswick make a 1000 quantity run of 3 balls: the Fire Quantum, the Forest Green Quantum, and, I believe, the Sage (or Sage Tour) Quantum. 1000 is the minimum quantity that they can or will make. (I am certain about the Fire Quantum and the Forest Green; I am less certain about the Sage.)

Charlest, you are correct. It was the Sage Quantum.

In the old days, they used axes to chop up wood...Nowadays, they use "BUZZSAWS".
