I have both, and I have found the Nebula to be stronger in oil. The EU needs some dry to bounce off of (whether it be outside or backend). I have had more success with the Nebula than the EU. Your mileage may vary.

I will favor the EU anytime over the Nebula .. the EU has one of the biggest backend hook I ever seen (not to mix this with overall hook)

I believe it will come down to the condition(s) you are bowling .. the EU never leaves my bag .. but like nova said .. it needs some lesser oil at the break point to make its move
