« on: December 07, 2005, 02:05:32 AM »
the ball looks great,i will drill and test it tonight and post my comments tomorrow...the layout will be pin under and cg out...pin is 2-3 and it has a 3.2 oz top weight......should be a nice smooth rolling ball...

For all you Lane 1 experts..

I am a high tracker so would a pin beside the ring cg out and mass bias to the right of the thumb be a good strong drill for the Enriched? I have one coming and am thinking about doing that layout since its safe..

Jim, I like that layout. You need a good amount of oil with that layout, but If you end up not liking the roll on that drilling, I'll trade you my excellent condition Tsunami for your EU. We almost have the same span, so it won't be that bad.

That layout should work ok for you, but the extra wt hole still may be fairly large if you swing the cg rt in relation to the pin outside of ring finger.

I will not swing the cg enough for a weight hole. Maybe just a tad bit outside the palm.. I do not like weight holes with my short 4 inch span. Sometims it causes to much flare for me..

That sounds ok. So looking at your layout then, it would actually be more stacked or 1 o'clock almost label?

Hey Jim,

I have a ball I will trade you for that EU. From my understanding the "Ahem" action is great on the one I am getting.

How you can you say your not impressed with the ball when all you have seen is that one video and the ball thrown by one person??

I could not have any opinion, good or bad, of the ball at all till I drill one up for myself or see it used by someone else..

Oh well, to each his own..
