ball question
« on: September 26, 2006, 12:00:43 PM »
For those of you have have a hybrid dirty bomb and a tsunami i have a question for you.  Which ball will handle medium to medium oily better.  Want a ball to play down and in or a slight swing.  We do not run into a huge amount of oil here so let me know

Thanks

You can play both on the conditions you are asking about but I would go with the Tsunami you can use it on shots from medium to light and I use mine on drier conditions also.
The layout that is on my tsunami is Semi Pin Axis.
With that layout it gets up the lane a long way and then drives hard to the pocket when the shot dry's up I can move left and swing it

tsunami hands down semi pin axis, handles the lanes beautifully, last week shot 279-289 the last two games with it, moved 5 pair for pot games went 267-255 on broken down lanes, this while shooting 10 out to 7 the entire 4 games (in case anyone wants to know 146 the first game lol so no 800) the last two games were just pot bowling.

the tsunami is very versitle, tweak the cover, change hand positions, whatever.  it is receptive to it.  the semi pin does the trick too.  even some ot the guys at lane 1 love the movement of the tsu with that drilling
