Any Input??
« on: August 12, 2005, 04:59:23 PM »
Was wondering if anyone has thrown the Peral Carbide?  It is one of their retired balls, and I was interested in one, but it was before my birth into saws.  Any comments would help, please be detailed if possible, and I have check out the specs on Lane 1's site.

I've had mine about 3 years now.  Got it used from Shaggy.  A few 8s & 3s with it.  Great ball on a THS, never dies out, doesn't jump hard off the dry.  Mines drilled label, pin out by ring finger.

What in particular do you want to know about it.  Haven't tried any of the new Lane 1s, can't compare it.

What cond is it designed for, and I guess depending on layout and profile, will determine reaction.

Less than the SCB and more than the BCB I'd assume.  We all know about assumptions though.

I read this post too fast...

This? http://www.bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=711

or this?  http://www.bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=1696

I read this post and thought it was the PCB, not the PC.
