I recently asked some questions of an eBay seller regarding the Pearl Uranium he/she has up for sale. You may have seen it. The ball is a blem, and I can't tell the nature of the blem in the picture, so I asked,
Questions:
What is the nature of the blem? Is the surface damaged, or is it a color problem, etc.? Is that the blem in the second picture (in the Buzzsaw logo)?
Thanks
To which he/she replied:
yes
Is it that difficult to elaborate a little for a potential buyer? Does he/she think that by not giving any info, he/she will fool me into buying the ball? Was I unclear about my concern?
Needless to say, the answer convinced me that I did not want to buy from this person in any case. The seller would probably say it was a nuisance question, not realizing that--by demonstrating that he couldn't care less about my interest in the ball--he guaranteed there would be no subsequent bid.
