Alright guys and gals.  I just bought my first lane 1 ball in October of this year.  It was the Tsunami.  Well, just recently I aquired the Enriched and Cobalt.  The Tsunami has been good but the drilling on it didn't let me get a real good read from it.  Chris from Buddies said that he didn't think plugging and re-drilling would improve it considering the CG and MB were so far off.  Now here's my dilema.  Chris suggested I add the Big One and Vapor Zone into my arsenal.  Which right now consists of the Ebonite Big Time, Enriched, Tsunami, Cobalt, and Legends Satisfaction.  I am leaning towards the Vapor Zone because I feel with the right surface adjustments the Big Time can fill the heavier conditions.  Is there anything from Lane 1 that is comparable to the Vapor Zone? Now I am thinking of getting rid of the Tsunami and some other stuff to make this happen but I can only get one.  What's your oppinion.  I am just trying to guage which gap is the one I should fill first.  I also considered getting another Tsunami but drilled a lot stronger.  I just wish it handled more oil.  Then I would be set.

I have a strong suspicion that if you rough buffed the Cobalt, it would look similar to the Vapor Zone. Just a hunch. Someone else may be able to confirm or deny.

Have you drilled up the Cobalt yet because if you havent I would wait on the Vapor Zone if you lay the cobalt out for a strong layout I think you will be quite surprised just how strong of a ball the Cobalt is I would call lane 1 and talk to chuck about layouts for yourself give him all the particulars of how you bowl like your speed ,Rev Rate if you know it,axis tilt and the various shots (lane conditions) you bowl on thats what I did and he was dead on with the layout suggestion on the Cobalt for me and My daughter the cobalt has one of the nastiest backend moves I have ever seen.

Yes, I've drilled the Cobalt.  It's 3 3/8 stacked.  It is very smooth in the heads and mids and then charges on the backend.  But I love this reaction.  Do you think it would be useless to get the Vapor Zone then?  Should I just replace my Tsunami with another one?  Or is there a gap that you can see, and what is it I should add?

I actually have two tsunamis one is drilled up with a semi pin axis and the other is laid out with the pin next to RF and the Cg and Mas Bias swung right about 1 1/2 inches the first one i use on drier shots where as the second one is alot stronger on oil I have heard the vapor zone is a vary good ball though but I am a lane 1 fan you would have to make that decision for your self
