I'm thinking of bowling a Regional in a couple of weeks, but I have a question in re equipment. Can I use my Silver Diamond and XXXL in a PBA regional? That is, is Lane1 registered for regionals? If I can't use those 2 balls I doubt that I'll bowl.

Yes they are fully registered for regional and senior regional competition just not national events. You can always check the PBA website rags but they are definitely ok to use. A senior won an event not too long ago with a Uranium and I have seen a few lane one balls here in the southern regional events as well.
