I just wanted to let everyone know how great Lane #1's customer service is (for those of you who don't already know). About two weeks ago, I went to grab my Emerald off the rack in my room, only to find a nice 3-4" crack coming from my ring finger. The next day, I contacted Craig Moore via telephone and email and explained to him what had happened, and sent him a few pictures. After talking to me and viewing the pictures, Craig told me to mail the Emerald to him and he would inspect it and do what he sees fit. Craig called me back two days later and informed me that he had sent out a NIB Dirty Bomb as a replacement. The thing that gets me, and I don't believe many (if any) companies would do this nowadays. Craig didn't have to replace the Emerald, as it is retired, has some plug in the thumb, and the pin was only about 3/4" away from the fingers. I just wanted everyone to know how GREAT I was taken care of by Lane #1. They are second to NONE!
