Is this a Silver Diamond Buzzsaw?
« on: October 16, 2006, 09:45:13 AM »
Found this ball on the rack. No nicks, fingers plugged and shortened 3/16 each. Good surface. What is it?

This may be true. The RIGHT thing to do would be to ask. You MUST ask.
Listen, people leave all kinds of balls on our racks. Some real good ones too! They GIVE us those balls and so they become bowling alley property. Period. I think you can see where I'm going with this......lol
Nails makes a valid point too. Someone may have lost it. Ya never know. I'd hate to lose a good ball forever cause someone 'found' it and figured they'd just keep it. You?

yet again...point taken. What i dont get is that for 3 years i worked at a bowling alley and not once was there a problem with someone accidently placing a ball on the rack and then not being able to find it. Why? Because no one had their stuff stolen and because no one left their stuff on the racks.

-sigh-
well, just keep it then! lol j/k
Yes, someone may have not wanted it anymore and left it on the racks. Yes, the bowling alley doesnt care if you take it and would be happy to get rid of the ***** thing.
My point is more about morals, good etiquette, and that sort of thing.

I don't think our local center would care one way or the other. That said, I would still ask before I walked out with something I did not walk in with.

Still, nice find.
