I saw some of you guys mention in another post that the Pro Purple was really expensive.  Why was that?   Was it a good ball?  If you compared it to their current line of balls what would it resemble most?  THis was way before I became a sawhead so go easy on me.

It was probably the finest example if a medium control ball that anyone can use on almost any condition. The ones available now are rare and therfore, expensive.

Lane#1, in their infinite "knowledge", let this gem be discontinued, in the search for the almighty dollar, leaving once loyal fans to look elsewhere.
