ok so I have made up my mind on drilling this new ball, I purposefully ordered a short pin (1-2" pin) and low top weight (2.8) ball. My intial intend is a semi pin axis drilling
a little history on my semi pin, is I have a tsunmami 2.75 pin low top, we moved the pin so it was 2.375 directly above my pap, kicked cg left 1/2" thus moving the Mb back towards my thumb, put a huge hole on the PAP and then polished the ball
I can take the tsu and throw it hard and fast down 10 no over reaction and it kills the hole, on the fresh doing a 10-5 type shot on our 41 ft house shot, it just doesnt get back enough
with that said, I am going to do the same to the dynamo, looking for a stronger move off the dry on the back, where the tsu wont recover I want the dynamo to. I think if I polish it I can get the push up front but still retain enough pop on the back to give me a big backend move
discuss: pros, cons? open to hear what you all have to say prior to me punching this evening
on edit: I know this is an early reving early rolling drilling, what I see out of my tsu is an early strong rev, but not necessarily an early roll it gets great length for such an early rolling drilling, and still has plenty of pop on the back
Is my thinking wrong, can I expect similar results?

i dont see it recovering soon enough on the 41ft, maybe try without polish first. also watch the top weight, it goes away fast zeusy says

I don't want to be misquoted here. It's my opinion that it's not that when you drill it it drops out faster then normal but the angle of the block that changes it quickly. This has to do with the curve of the top of the block IMO.
Conversely it's easy to put back with a low X-Hole.
Or just become a lefty.. LOL

i ended up drilling it almost exactly like my AO, the pin was longer then i wanted, it ended up being 2.5" so i said screw it and punch it like the AO., both balls at 4k abralon, the AO started with about .75 more top wieght, but the dynamo was 5-7 boards stonger. on a normal house shot type line say like 15-8 which is really my comfort zone they look almost identical, the real proof is when i move the ball outside, stnading 25 with the left foot, targeting 10 at the arrows and shooting for the 4 board at about the 40 ft mark, the AO faces the 3 pin while the dynamo makes the hole easy the shallower i play outside the better the dynamo looked in comparision to the AO. in deep I feel the AO had the advantage on this lane due to the energy retention of the pearl, on the longer oil i shoot on mondays and thursday the dynamo will have the upper hand.
on a side not zeus, my cg was spot on. Ive noticed some saying their cg was off by big amounts, mine like i said was spot on

It just so happened the one I took for myself was way off, the box said 4.5oz but it was more like 1.5oz. But I checked another one I have and it was on the money. It happens from time to time, I wouldn't be to concerned with it.
