Supernova vs Rising, Resurgence, Attitude

I need a ball for heavy oil and currently considering one of the following balls: Supernova, Resurgence, Attitude and Rising. Does anyone know which one of these ball would cover the most boards on heavy heavy oil.

step one, you do not want to cross a bunch of boards in heavy heavy oil, everyone makes this same mistake, heavy oil requires a more direct approach with recovery on the backend, crossing a bunch of boards in heavy oil leads to outside misses, or thru the nose type shots.  I cannot comment on the non lane 1 balls, but I will say for heavier stuff go wth the g force solid over the supernova, just more pop on soup.  I like my supernova and probably drilled more agressively would handle heavier stuff as it is a mid lane machine

Just conveying, dont expect to cross a ton of boards in soup

I do not expect to cross alot of boards on heavy oil condition. I just need a comparision between these balls on heavy oil. Most bowlers perfers to use the most aggressive ball (not referring to the flip or snap of a ball) they have in this type of condition in order to increase their carry.

Lane #1 balls have the heaviest midlane roll as compared to other companies, due to the wider center of the diamond core and being symmetrical from top to bottom. The other companies stuff may hook more when they hit the dry boards, but on oil, you need a ball that rolls heavy to carry. I would go with the SuperNova. =:^D

I agree with Triggerman, G-Force solid for heavy oil - and especially for long patterns of heavy oil.  The ball doesn't function well on anything less, but for long, heavy patterns its smooth as silk. CG Leverage Out drilling I send it from fifteen board out to about seven its smooth, consistent roll and hard-hitting.  I've used it in tournaments on old synthetics worn slick with lots of oil applied.

I have the Supernova and if you look at the specs on the ball it is actually made for drier lanes.  The ball was devolped to go long with strong backend.  I play mine on drier lanes and it is a killer ball but not on oil.  Same is also true for the Supernova XP.  I have a G-force which is a awesome ball on heavy oil rolls early and strong with a lot of hitting power at the end.  I also have a Morich Seek & Destroy which also works wonderful on heavy oil.  I will you either of these 2 on heavy oil.  Look at Morich 2 because they make really good oil balls.
