New vid up on Lane#1 site!

For those of you who haven't noticed, there is a vid of Richard Huryn throwing the Cobalt, Enriched, and Tsunami up. Like the previous one, it's amazing to see that power again. Especially that Cobalt! Check out where it leaves the deck! Talk about drive!

Yeah, I watched it last night.
If that guy has any accuracy at all, he would be a terror on any THS.
It's pretty wild the way the rack just explodes.

its scary to think how much more he could get if he was even alittle behind the ball. the way he throws is like suitcase all the way, the only way i can think he could get anything near that is its all from the elbow..........

Especially with the Cobalt Pearl, it looks like he's purposely throwing over different arrows so you can see how it does in the oil vs. the dryer outsides.  If that's the case, they probably should have added some commentary to back it up.  The back ends must be really dry for the Enriched to turn like it did.  I wonder how much they may have tweaked the lanes for the video.

This is what I was thinking too.  To me, it did look like he was trying to play different areas.
I like the first video better I think.  Overall though, I do think his shot looks really cool.

I believe the vids were supposed to show the area and recovery of the balls. It appeared as though he moved deeper with the shots on purpose to show the strength of the balls and his release. Also the release is from a suitcase release, he is far enough behind the ball to create such a strong roll.

The Enriched is rated for med-heavy oil, and i'd believe it too.

Thats if you line up correctly with it for that condition.

In approaching the heavier conditions, you're not supposed to swing it much, and I think thats where this ball is misunderstood, play it straighter with an earlier layout, and you'll see it come alive on the heavier stuff like I have.

Great ball, and a real keeper for me.

I am singed up on BBE already, but I don't like the layout of the site so I don't bother going on there very often.

Secondly, yes he's trying different areas of the lane.. but a good example is when he is playing around 2nd arrow with the tsunami.. he's hitting 12, 10, 8 and everywhere in the middle.. and I doubt he was making moves back and forth.

Again Lane1who.. you chime in when someone says one bad thing.. I didn't say it was a bad video or anything.. all I said I personally would rather seeing someone with much more accuracy in videos.. and yeah more balance too.. since he slides alot which takes him off balance I assume (Dunno for sure of course).

But yeah.. you need to learn to not talk about me when I'm not saying anything very negative!

Yea... It was posted on the Lane#1 forum that the approaches there suck and that at some places it can be like Ice so you can see him sliding too much and losing balance.
