Saturn vs Cobalt Bomb
« on: March 16, 2006, 07:01:38 AM »
Ive been reading very good reviews on both these balls and was wondering what i should get. I was leaning towards the Cobalt but considering Saturn is half the price i was considering getting a mercury with it. My first impression with the cobalt was I Have To Have That Ball.  it looks very good but its so expensive.  Is it worth it or should i get 2 for the price of one?

what do cobalt owners think of it so far?

Damn right the cobalt is expensive. It looks good and moves very smoothly to the pocket. However, the ball is totally useless in oil and thats what it wasn't intended for anyways. In my hand (low revs), it makes a nice dry piece.

I have low revs too but my ths is on the lighter side.  Will this ball get enough time in league alone or is it a 5th game piece for a tournament?
