Is the coverstock on this ball the same as what is used on the Ultimate Inferno?

What are the differences between the two if you were to drill both exactly the same?

Besides the buzzsaw hitting better, The Solid would be earlier it has a lower RG but the diff. is also lower than the Ultimate but overall they would have similiar ball motion on the lane and cover nearly the same amount of boards, with the Ultimate maybe covering sligthly more or hooking a bit more overall. All this of course would be on ideal lane/oil conditons for both balls.

Intense = Activator+ and Lane#1 has yet to use this cover on any ball to date. Dirty Bomb the pearl one and the Uranium Pearl both use Original pearl activator no +.

Just a word of advice on the Solid Uranium, if your track is high, you have to discuss carefully the layout you're going to do with it or it may track on the finger holes.
AllenP, Could you elaborate more of your comment.Mine was drilled about pin 4" from pap next to ring finger & cg is kicked out about 2" from center grip so if there's a MB it will be on my pal with weight hole drilled. I've notice that I do track very close to the finger holes, why is that?

The combination of a high track, the low RG of the Solid, the very sticky coverstock and your drill patterns will lead to the ball rolling over the holes for some people.
I have seen it happen with other equipment as well but it has always been with dull resins and low RG cores.
Allen, whatare your axis specs?
