I want to put this out for public view so that people considering purchasing Buzzsaws know a bit more about the people who make the Saws.
I was blessed wit hthe presence of SawMill for the last 3 days. Between drilling balls, bowling and having a great time, we were fortunate enough to be invited to stop by the Lane 1 headquarters in Syracuse. Well as you all know SawMill has become a believer in the power of the Saw. We only had one problem...it was getting late and it would be a tight fit to get from my shop to Syracuse before they closed. Guess what? One phone call to Richie and he said "hey, no problem...we'll hang around." We ended up not getting there until 45 minutes after they were to have closed but we were greeted at the door by the man himself. Also there was the sales rep for the company that I deal with in a regular basis. They gave us a tour of the place and then we went across town and threw a few balls. We were even going to head out for some dinner but it was getting late and we had almost 2 hours on the road to get home.
Now I ask you...how many companies would do something like that for one customer and the owner of one rather small pro shop? I don't think you'd be getting many like offers from the other guys.
Some say the Buzzsaws are overpriced/ Well I need to tell you that since I have drilled my Cherry Bomb and my XXXL I have been bowling much better. However, what really seals the deal for me is this kind of customer service. Being a former sales associate for WalMart, I can tell you that when you combine a quality product with awesome customer service, you get returning customers.
Anybody wanna buy an X Factor, Deuce, Eraser Burn Carbide or an El Nino Gold??? I am in need of some Saw money now :-)
Thanks agian Richie...you and Chuck are the best!
