Just to give you an idea about the sonic in case you didn't read my post, I threw the sonic and the XL side by side and the sonic is much stronger than the XL on drier conditions. They both will skate on heavy oil which is to be expected, but that Sonic is NOT a drier lane ball. On drier lanes, not dry, the sonic grabbed the lane much harder than the XL and it also got much less length than the XL.
Try asking Doc Hollywood too. He didn't believe me so he threw both balls side by side to test them himself and he found the same thing.
But I do agree with what everyone has said about there being a gap between the XL and the XXXL. I was just teasing Saw Mill. Will Lane 1 fill that gap? I don't know. That gap filler is a proven money loser for companies.
But forget about the Sonic, do what other users have told me to do and find a blue hot flame and adjust the surface if you have to.
