Title: starburst xxxl pin distance question..

I ordered the starburst xxxl with bowlingball.com, wanted a 3" pin, but have 1-2" pin only..I want to use this for strike ball on toasted lane condition first and spare 2nd..Lane1 stuff suggested I drill it stacked with 1/2oz finger & 1/2oz side weight. my question is if I get a 1" pin or 2" would it still be a viable way to drill it stacked?

Newbie, why would you not take the advice and/or second guess the advice of the manufacturer of a particular product..? I'm baffled. =:^D

I did not mean to second guess or not take the advice...just wasn't sure..but thanks, you just confirmed it that it should not be a problem. Thank you again.
