Tried the Boom @ 2k abralon last night. I could see a little more move from the ball at that finish, though in this league, my Pink Panther is my money ball. Stayed after (so lanes were quite used) and practiced some with it to gauge a feel for how aggressive it was. I was standing further left than normal, yet there weren't too many boards I was trying to cover. For me, the Boom carries just like all my other Lane #1 pieces (something that never was a problem). I'm going to work on diversifying my arsenal for the next bowling season, as I recognize that I pretty much throw all my Lane #1 pieces good and they all rather give me the same look on the lanes (one or two earlier moves here and there, with the Red Death on the right conditions giving me the most noticeably change of direction out of all my Lane #1 pieces). Other than that, nothing really is too distinguishably different. My Time Bomb has seen more use for me in heavier oil now since I traded Time Bombs with a partner of mines. It was definitely the type of drilling that has made the difference for me with that ball. Hopefully I can build something that I can work with and score better with....Mr. Mo Pinel seems to think I have a pretty solid game....it's been a blessing to have a knowledgeable figure around my bowling house and provide me with insight, swing thoughts and other useful suggestions to help build a solid foundation to bowl with.....
Oh, didn't get a chance to dull the Chainsaw, may try that in a couple weeks though....
