I bought a Supernova XP but it comes polished. Didn't have much success with it, thought of dulling it. Would like to know if any member here dull their XP and what is the differences in reation ? Better reaction ? Thanks !

My friends has one and it's oob surface was dull. Hooked at your feet. Needs alot of head oil and very smooth in the back. Carries very well. He shined it up but it still needs lots of oil.

Mine came dull as well (I think they had some that missed the final polishing step in production). The box was full of sanding dust when I got it, too. Mine also hooked off my hand. I had to polish it, and then it was a smooth mover.
