Whoever recommended the Tsunami H20 to me...

...good call on your part.

Had it out tonight at league and I knew things weren't going to be right when we walked in and the lane guy is on our pair and the oil machine was in two pieces.

Further evidence came at the end of the night when one of our best bowlers shot a Dutch 200, which isn't exactly an everyday occurrence anymore. This kid can rev a boulder but couldn't get hooked up on the right lane.

Basically, the lanes were not the same -- which kind of makes things fun if you don't mind scores being lower -- with the right lane being the trickier of the two. The heads on the right lane seemed to be oiled in an inverted-triangle shape, with the point of the triangle back at the foul line. So if you set it down too soon or too far out, it was going to start hooking right there.

I went 202-166-228 for 596. I used the Tsunami on the left lane only in the first two games but switched to it full time for game three. The game in the middle had two big splits (neither with the Tsu) and a pair of 3-6-9-10s that I couldn't convert. I finally made a starting position adjustment in the third game to give myself a better look (moved back on the approach and took longer strides on steps 1 and 2).

However, the Tsunami was a very good piece, virtually in the same league with my MoRich Awesome Finish, which is the best THS ball I've thrown this year. The Tsunami is drilled basically label, with the pin right of and just above the ring (about 2 o'clock) and CG in the lower half of grip center, with the MB on the track side of the thumb.

This is two solid experiences with Lane #1 in a row. Watch out, I might develop a taste for Kool-Aid. (g)

That was me

My Tsunami is drilled the same way, and it is a GREAT ball.  Nice shooting.

Appreciate it. Both the recommendation and the kudos.

Drilled Stacked Polished

I just got that ball a month ago and played it only for about 12 games yet . The 1st day lane was Medium to Heavy and played it for 1 game then I bowl 186 so I switch to Dirty Bomb then I did good on it. The next day I started with Dirty Bomb but noticed the lane was a bit too Light or Dry so I switch to Tsunami. All I can say is Wow! the next 11 games on different days it score Low  238 and a High 299. I used Brunswick Smokin Inferno and does a good job for me but this Tsunami come up very clean in the Backend.
