I'm probably preaching to the choir posting here but I just have to give Ritchie a big thank you.

Each year a bunch of us get together in Winston Salem for some bowling and coaching.  First place in our tournament is a "bragging rights" t-shirt.

Ritchie has always been generous enough to donate items for us to give away as door prizes.

When looking for equipment, look no farther.  I think the charecter of a company is just as important as quality.  Neither of which is lacking at Lane 1.

when i flew over to the US from australia we called in to say hi in person at lane 1.....richie came straight back from lunch and he and his co workers spent 3 hours chatting to us and showing us around ,,even a lesson in gravity balance.when i left i needed an extra suite case for all the things he gave me ..not going into what i got.but the guy is an absolute legend and gentleman....he and his staff need to be commended in the way they do business.not many people around like that anymore ..
