Seller claims that L#1 made a mistake in marking these "for display only".

I'm thinking..they didn't..

The ball has 5oz of top weight..

What do you think??

It depends on how high the Top Weight is.
Normal drilling, you can get about 3 to 4oz out.  The weight hole at max, will take another ~2.8 Oz out.  So if the Top Weight is under 6, you should be safe, if it's 7oz... you're pushing the limits, requiring max depths on both finger holes.  And any more than 7 Oz is a long shot.
