yeah its a very hot looking  ball, the ad is even racier  i cannot wait to try it, my sales rep and lane 1 has told me for 2 months this is the ball i have been waiting on (Ive screamed for a go long snap off the backend type ball, Im close with the BD  but not there yet)  he kept telling me wait till the middle of jan and that ball will be out

having not thrown one yet, i cannot comment completely, but my rep knows my game and i put my faith in his judgement 100%

Yeah I know. It's even racier than my avatar that I was forced to remove and which started the argument between me a Steve that eventually he banned me over there. So much for the pg-13 rule at BBE huh? Or maybe I would have been ok if I was still a sponsor and putting money in their pockets, because apparently as long as you pay them money you can do as you please, lmao.

I will just put out that I dont have any control over this I no longer have admin rights, although I am a super mod on the site.  I dont know all the details so I wont discuss it here, what I will discuss is this new ball and if rumors and the things ive been told hold true this is going to be one nasty piece as far as backend reaction is concerned.  Ive heard over and over again that lane 1 rolls early, im hearing this puts that to bed once and for all  I cannot wait to put some holes in it

well sawingemdown I have to agree with oyu on at least one front....yes MOST of the ball manufacturers are guilty of forcing the new balls out faster than they can get the paiont dried on the last release.

The small ball companies (Lane 1, 900 Global, Visionary, MoRich) tend to be a lot better with this than the big boys are. I agree the Blue Death just came out and that was hot on the heels of the Red Death but when you figure that Lane 1 essentially has next to nothing in terms of a line up, they need some new releases!!!

When the coverstock guys in San Antonio mixed up the batch of coverstock to wrap around Richie's new core design and it was a hit they decided to jump on it right away. There are plenty of guys out there who do not thow the Bomb or Massacre cores well and Lane 1 had essentially nothing in the line for them. A Pearl Dynamo had been tested but it was not "loved by all" so they decided to tweak the core and add some particle to the cover to help with the over/under.

From what I can gather this new ball is going to be a beast for teh Diamond core guys. I like my Blue Death...A LOT in fact. I do not know how much of the "huge backend" I can take out of the Curve to make it playable on our shot but I will try :-)

Richie is always over the top with his advertising...we should have grown to expect that by now but you have to do something to set yourself apart from the crowd....

I love Lane #1's old stuff especially the Pearl Cherry Bomb
but not quite sold on some of the later releases . . .

until the Red Death Massacre - at 4k plus secret sauce made me quite a believer again

then comes the Blue Death - nothing but great reviews - I will get this ball soon

Lane #1's has been right on the core/coverstock combination so far in these last two releases . . . can't wait to hear about the curve!

just to add fuel to the fire

Ive heard for 2 months on this ball that it is the one people are waiting for, My rep told me and has told me repeatedly that it is better then the blue death and Ive been tearing it up with the Blue, it was a prefect combination for me, the red death is money too, I honestly cannot wait to get this one, hoping by friday to have holes in one and give it a run to see what it is

performs better is what I have been hearing for roughly 2 months out of syracuse as their testing has been on going, these balls have been in a league up there for several weeks as testers, thats what I base that upon.  I will have practical experience this weekend with it as my tester should be here tomorrow, will wait and see

teammate had his on the lanes last night, he is a tweener 14.5-15 mph throws 14# stuff, he stayed inside the oil line with his last night and ball went 45-48 feet then directly left, he doesnt get the ball to snap at all most of his stuff is roll up into the pocket, not this one, he even used it the whole set which is unusual for him as he likes to stay outside nad change balls

looked very promising, mine is getting holes tonight and hopefully thrown this weekend

This reminds me of that TV show "24"

You know how they count down....

Lets start counting....

And see how long it will be till the next and best new Lane One ball comes out...

I'll start...

15-16 minutes...  oops...  "oh ya, like I'm way out of line here"

Man, it's a good thing Miss Kelly didn't use this new ball, cause she would have really done a number on Barnes.....

Now if you will excuse me,  I'm on a Mission... oops

Ok now this is where the sawheads come on...

Or should I say, there heads explode...  oops again.. sorry...
