The new ball
« on: June 06, 2007, 12:24:47 PM »
I have an unconfirmed report that the first ball in the new line will be the core from the Uranium line with a new hybrid type of coverstock. I am told it is not a resin or a particle but it is alleged to make anything else on the market look like a White Dot.

Thoughts????

Sounds like the way the epoxy EPX was marketed.

In my opinion, the Uranium core is one of the most versatile core's ever developed. I don't care what Lane#1 wraps that core with, I'm in line for it.

I've had some good success with Lane#1 recently, so I hope mrbowlingnut is wrong this time.  However, of all the people with "inside information", he at least shares what he knows, and is right a lot more than he is wrong.

Well i knew about Del Warren getting canned before Del even knew it, i knew about the Black widow Pearl last year and that was held from huge sales of the BW.

I knew of all the storm reps getting fired before some of them had there pink slips, i also knew of the Ebonite buyout 2 days before it ever happened from the press release.

The only thing i have been wrong on so far that i remember is that Storm was selling out, which Mr. Chrisman had a press release stating that they were offered a buyout from Columbia. So was i really wrong that time either??

Btw my inside sources are about 4-5 people including a few that post on here that do not want the flak from everyone. I will take the heat and keep on posting, some people like the info some do not depends on who i am after on a certain day.

Why would they put huge ad's in BTM if they were going away?

I'll give Mr B.N. props becasue he has been dead on with just about everything...  All I can say is that our local "pro" who's on staff just renewed for another season...  whether that will be cut short or not.. who knows?!?!  Interesting to see... there was quite a quick release of the G-Force series balls though...  hmm  only time will tell.

Here we go again.....The "New Ball" thread.  Hooks a ton....same old core....super new triple-secret undiscovered Hybrid (I love that one) coverstock....blah...blah....blah.  If its unconfirmed, why open your mouth?  I actually bought and tried a G-Force.  Makes it easier to recall why I haven't thrown Columbia's junk in 8 years.  I do know that the distributors I TALKED to...not read a web blog....not overheard whispers in the men's room....TALKED to said the G-Force line is tanking....in their humble and financial opinions.  And yes....before the D.O.S. (Defenders of Saws) come of of the woodwork.....I do happen to STILL enjoy my Cobalt Solid and My 2 Tsunamis.  That's right peeps.....I said TWO.
