If anyone has rolled with this ball please help. Is this ball meant for medium condidtion? When i have it resurfaced what would you recommend.... 1000, 2000, etc... for THS! What is this ball's strength...does it go long and move hard on the back... or is a midlane type of ball? Does it have the same type of core as the C+? I'm about to have mine plugged and redrilled picked up off ebay 6 months ago... thanks.

The Pink Raspberry was more midlane because it had stacked dual mini nuggets. A great ball for an oily THS. =:^D

. . . I tried mine at 1K Abralon + sauce
. . . and it was a little too aggressive for fresh THS
. . . I'll bring it up to 2k + sauce next

So, is this the same core as the Carbide Plus? I certainly hope so

also, Mr. Munson, i think i'm going to try the 1k + sauce.... i'm bout to break down and buy sauce for the first time, need it for my Army Green Carbide Bomb and Buzzbomb!

lane #1 core 101

stacked mini nuggets:
LRG
Blueberry
Pink Raspberry
Black Raspberry
Emerald

Stacked seperated mini nuggets:
Pearl carbide
Carbide solid
Cherry Pearl
Super Carbide (best oiler in my opinion)
Carbide plus

Single diamond in center:
Silver diamond
Black buzzsaw (red lettering)

singel nugget up high:
Cranberry
Golden nugget

So to answer your question AK47
no the Pink Raspberry doesnt have the same core as your Carbide plus, they are similar but the mini nuggets in the Pink are touching where as the mini nuggets in the Carbide are seperated

I have always compared the pink to Big B's flagship ball, the original danger zone, both were awesome in the mids and made a very nice pronounced move on the back, pk18 solid was/is/will be the cover stock that everything is compared to, just awesome with longevity. I had the black raspberry and to this day it is the one ball that I wish I would have kept

. . . I tried 4k + sauce on this ball
. . . and it was missing the break point.

Roy.... you are a genius! I just tried my PINK RASPBERRY, WOW!!! I drilled it stacked sanded to 1k + Sauce.... this ball is a beast! A monster! A something from another planet, bad to the bone! HITS so hard and carries like nothing i ever seen! The guys on 2-3 sets of lanes next to me where coming to me and asking "what are you throwing!" I'm a tweener...but this ball makes me look like a cranker, lol! The next time you see a PINK raspberry for sale, buy it! I would pay $200+ for NIB (when i get $200

)
and the blueberry follows right behind.... MY ARsenal for my Sunday NIght league will be this [BCB, Pink Raspberry, Blueberry] When people say "Classic Lane #1 Hit" now i know what they mean!
