fantastic ball on house shots, pays really well on chameleon as well
I dont have one teammate has 2 both similar in drills, differing ending weights, different underlying grit on the ball, both polished with the sauce.  two entirely different animals, those two balls and plastic and he tears up a house shot

You probably don't see a lot of reviews because it doesn't go 55 feet and make a left turn at the breakpoiont. That's the kind of ball that's popular if you're lucky enough to have clean backends and not carrydown. The THS Retro (or is that Retro THS?) just goes about its business not rolling early and not going 55 feet, hooking in a reasonable amount of time and hitting the pocket regularly, if you didn't put the pin 3" above the rign finger to FORCE it to flip. It's the kind of ball that lets you control the lane instead of vice versa. Actually not talking about it is a good thing. The better it remains a secret, the more will remain available.

This ball really is "that good" on the ths condition, it is buttery smooth, but pleanty strong, and with the right surface it can handle a wide range of conditions, for me I would consider it a stronger and smoother blue vibe, and I love that ball too! Like charlest said it just goes about it's business making strikes, and green is the perfect color for this ball, for it has already paid for itself twice over in bracket money alone.

Agreed...the THS is a great ball for the THS we normally see.

The coverstock will tweak easily and the layouts are about as simple as they get.

I laid this ball out with a basic label drill and it reacts just like the gurus in Syracuse said it would....smooth and even without a sense of snap at all.

Our house shot is a bit problematic so I have tweaked the cover A LOT. I have tried everything from 800 grit with and without polish to 1000 grit with and without polish, 2000 grit with and without polish and then 4000 grit no polish. With every tweak the ball performed as you'd expect. Even with the 2000 grit and polish and our fresh backends the ball didn't snap.

I am going to plug and redrill the ball to try a different layout since I am living the good life with my Tsunami right now.

The closest ball I can think of to this ball reaction is the old Storm Tour Power. Very smooth and arcy with tons of control.
