Looking at a Uranium solid...
15 lb
3.90 oz. top weight
4.25" pin
Are these normal values?

Those aren't terrible specs no. I generally ask for 3to4 pin outs and 3 to 3.5 tops but I have had 4.0 to 4.5oz of top and had no problem. If nothing else it will help the ball get down the lane a little better and thats not a bad thing.
