F.O.S. Members Topic: Bomb Squad

As we all know there are basically two lines of saws, a brother and sister combo if you will.  Original Diamond shaped cores nuggets and regular and Bomb Shaped cores starting from original and all of its offsping.  So I have had a request for a little branch off of the FOS which I see as a good idea.  I have captain trigg and first general wayne or is it pimp wayne I forgot what he does for us, anyway back to topic.  So I have been asked if we could kinda have a seperate division known as the Bomb Squad.  I think this is fine as long as everybody understands its just a divison and a title under the original F.O.S.  The F.O.S. is and always will be the main group.  So I say commander of our little branch known as the Bomb Squad shall be "bring-your-A-game"

It is the project of one Wayne "Lane1bowler" to name the other half of our group the regular diamond cores half.

Yeah guys you can definitely be both I usually keep a constant mix of bombs and diamonds myself while right now the only bomb I actually have drilled is my SCB.  Bomb Squad and Diamond Cutters and simply just titles for the seperate ranks nothing more.  As I said the FOS is first and foremost and it will always be that way.

There are no qualifications.  Its a choice you can be in one or the other or both its everyones choice.  If you like bomb cores more or diamonds more or both equally its solely up to you.  Its just a title within the greater FOS if you like you can add to your signature.

Something I have contemplated for some time now is this...what would happen if Lane 1 made the Bomb core smaller?...just a miniature version of it? Say like 10-15% smaller?

I mean it would obviously lower the rg but I think it would make a lower RG core (earlier roll) with the backend snappiness of the Bomb core shape.

Any ideas or opinions?

I suppose I'm a diamond kind of guy.  Always had the most success with the diamond cores (didn't have any luck at all with the original green Bomb).  BUT, there is a caveat.  You'll pry my SCB out of my dead cold hands if you want me to give it up.  When I need it nothing else will do.
