Yes, and you can drill it say 4x4 or 4x 3 1/2, which should serve you well. I drilled mine pin above the ring finger, and cg kicked right of center, approx. 1/2". It was greta for light to light/dry. I then decided to get another cobalt, and drill it 5x4, with pin abov e bridge, and cg kicked right approx. 1", which than caused me to sand my H2O to 1200, with polish. This allows me to use it on drier conditions.
