With all the attention being given to the BuzzBOMB (much deserved), it's easy to lose sight of two other terrific balls in the Lane#1 line -- the Supernova and Supernova XP.

I was reminded of this last night in my PBA Experience league, which is currently putting down the Nationals pattern. Using both balls, I went 215-200-222-244. Certainly not telephone level THS numbers, but this was a tough condition where most others were struggling in the 150-180 average range. Release, speed and breakpoint control were a must -- there was almost no room for error.

Both of the Supernova's were smooth and read the breakpoint very well. They are terrific balls to consider if you faced with this pattern.

Steven, as a matter of fact i got my supernova and threw it last night for the first time. The ball is drilled stacked, the first warp core of the g-force line that i drilled that way. Man, this ball is what i was expecting out of my Buzzbomb! I only threw the 1st game(225 that's with 2 opens), but i had to stand where i normally stand for my last game with my EU, and man does this ball come back! Great midlane read and it will not roll out! I'm more excited about this ball than my new Buzz that's coming!

I haven't seen my Nova's since I bought them.. My dad stole them... lol
