I still intend to drill the Tsunami you guys helped me pick out this week but I just happened upon a Gold Nugget (the ball I *HATED* when I first used it) used, cheap, and basically with my same span. So I snapped it up. Heaven help me.
If I keep the drill that's on it, I'll end up with the pin about 3.5-3.75 inches away from my PAP, and the CG will be about 4.25 inches away. The CG is down by the thumb on this ball. I haven't had a ball with a marked CG that was that far down before.
I'm a stubborn sort, I guess. I can't stand to do something, not have it work for me, and just quit on it. I'll report back once I've thrown it.

Jess,
I have a Urananium HRG drilled very similar (pin a little closer to PAP, but CG just above the thumb). If your GN rolls half as good as my HRG, you will like it.

What kind of look did you get out of your HRG, i.e., what kind of lines/conditions could you play?

I use it on a fresh THS. I would say medium volume...41 feet in length.
In my hands, it's good for a small swing...12-13 at the arrows to a breakpoint of 8. This ball has a nice pop on the backend, but not uncontrollable. Hit and carry seem to be above average with this ball as compared to some of my other Lane #1 balls. It is near the top of my "favorites list".
