Bullet is good when everything else is hooking, but you are not quite ready for plastic (as was the case for me in games 3 through six at our tourney last week). If you have just a hint of oil left in the heads, the Bullet is the best choice. If you are talking complete toast (like lanes that have not been oiled in three days with lots of open play), then the XXXL is a better option, since the Bullet will hook off your hand when the heads are COMPLETE toast. I cannot imagine chosing one or the other. I am happy to have both. You will not use them very often (unless using for spares also), but when the conditions are right, nothing will work better. By the way, both of mine are drilled Label 1:30.
