Which ball (any company) is similar to Solid Uranium?
« on: December 26, 2006, 05:43:01 PM »
My Solid Uranium was severely damaged by the ball return in league last week.  The owner of the alley said that they would buy me a new ball, whatever I wanted.  The only thing was that they would prefer it not to be Lane #1.  I assume it's a cost issue, but who knows.  I'm not going to argue or anything, because they're not obligated to replace the ball anyway.  It's more of a generous gesture on their part, considering they don't *have* to do anything for me.

So, I'm looking for a ball, might as well be a newer one, that is similar to the Solid Uranium, but not Lane #1.  Similar coverstock, because I don't want to replace it in my arsenal with something that's totally different.  I loved this ball, so any ideas on something that might come close to it?  It's a free ball anyway, so let's hear some suggestions.  Thanks!

tell him to ball the ABS ball http://www.bowlingballreviews.com/ball.asp?ballid=2767 , you will not regert. (ps: it is more expensive !) it is a very good ball. Or if he force you to buy the Local ball, tell him you want the Elite Alien !
