The ball with the biggest backend by far was the Cherry Pearl C/2, and those who have or had them can relate, I still have 3 of these and it would outhook my silver diamond that i had by a good 3-4 boards

It's patented diamond core has now been surrounded with a silver diamond, pearlized reactive cover stock. The first pearlized Buzzsaw goes long & Hits hard!!

For bowlers not in need of a 16lb. ball, Lane #1's 14 & 15 lighter weight Buzzsaws come fully packed with the 16lb. ball core, power boosting these light-weights for optimum performance. This feature available first & only from Lane #1.

Specs are:
Cover Stock: Resinator Reactive Urethane
Core: High Differential Mini Diamond within Diamond
Hook Ratio 20+
Flare Potential: 5"+
Pin Placement: 12 o'clock 1-4" out
Construction: 4 piece
Hardness: 75-78 D-Scale
Finish: Highly Polished
Increased Dynamics: 15-14 lbs
Available wieghts: 14 - 16 lbs.

These are the specs on here under the reviews section for the SD, If you go on lane 1's site under retired balls, you have the specs of the reproduced SD's, The theory of the originals being a tad stronger would hold true based on hook ratings, the original had resinator reactive and the remake was pk18, What is the diff?
