No. I don't think that Lane#1 thinks the ball is rubbish after a period of time. I think that for a company representative to say that the ball does not need cleaning, means that the person isn't a bowler. Certainly, after just three games there are enough belt marks on a glossy ball to warrant some cleaning. So, I think that the wrong person at Lane#1 answered my question. Maybe they don't want to be held liable, since they don't produce a cleaner from themselves. None-the-less, I appreciate everyone's input. Thanks
