Supernova XP Review
« on: October 21, 2007, 01:31:01 PM »
First I have to thank Craig for always taken care of me.

Stats are listed in my profile, PAP 6"& 1/2 up
I decided to drill this similar to most of my Pearlized equipment which is 5" pin to PAP and 60* MB. Pics are below.

First impression before you even hit the lane is the eye grabbing color scheme on the XP. Not since the Pearl Cobalt has a color scheme been more appealing not on sitting still but rolling down the lane as well. The glittery Gold show slightly in the Blue when the light hits it just right. Two thumbs up!!

I had a chance to use it at two different houses both with synthetic lanes with a 37' light condition and a 42' medium condition. Both your typical house shots. On the light conditions I was able to play the deep inside line of 4th and 5th arrow without loss of carry or the over under some can experience with this angle. On the medium condition I was able to tighten my line to the Hockey stick reaction most enjoy seeing. The XP gave me the length of the Uranium HRG and hook potential of the G-Force Evolution with more angularity. The XP gave more versatility then the URanium HRG offered to most with the same carry and power that Lane#1 is known for. Like the Uranium HRG the XP skated thru the front of the lane and seemed to keep the pins low to the deck for outstanding carry. Rather your the down and in bowler or the big cranker the XP is sure to please. It looks like another winner to the Lane#1 lineup.

I will be taking preorders at a special price. PM me for pricing
