Superior "Customer Service" from the Lane #1 National Sales Manager Himself

Like to give thanks to Beans.  I recently emailed about a ball I had to trade. I asked if he would be interested.  He was and came to find out he lived near me.  So he made an appointment to meet me in his shop and do a deal.  I ended up getting 2 balls the Lane # 1 Buzzbomb/R and a Lane # 1 Supernova XP.  He got my specs from my old ball and after discussing layout options, He drilled both balls with perfection(I  will post reviews later for them).  This was my 1st Lane #1 purchase.  I only threw Columbia, Storm, and AMF in the past. This will not be my last Lane #1 purchase.  He is a very busy man and I appreciated the professional service I received.  How many of the other ball companies managers would have time for an amateur bowler?  By the way 1st game with the Buzzbomb/R.  Lights out 7/xxx7/xxxxxxx.  Followed by 7 strikes next game and 6 strikes last game.  Watch out may there be a new member to the F.O.S.

people can say what they want about L1 products, but i will guarantee there is no better service in the industry ( period ).

all of them are exceptional going above and beyond what is normal or expected.

one of the main reasons Im such a saw freak, and will remain one
because i know that i cant get this level of service from any other ball company.

+1 ..... I very recently experienced Lane 1's GREAT customer service and they went way-way beyond what any other company would even begin to think of doing to both help and satisfy me with problem I was having. I am overly grateful to both Chuck and Richie for what they did for me.
