Coverstock: Evolution Reactive
Ball Color: Orange Heat/Solar Yellow
Finish: Polish
Flare Potential: 4-5" (High)
RG Average: 2.611 (Medium-High) on a scale of 2.43-2.8 Very low-High Break Point
RG Differential: 0.037 (Medium) on a scale of .000-.080 Low-High Flare
Recommended Lane Conditions: Dry-Medium Oil Oil
Description: The Big-R-Bang is a solid reactive ball designed to compliment the original Big Bang. A Combustion Core is combined with our Evolution Reactive coverstock to create a ball with the same internal engine as the Big Bang, but with a much lower amount of surface friction. This will allow a player to simply change to the Big-R-Bang as the lanes break down and create early roll. Used with the factory finish, it will match up favorably to short oil patterns and lower volumes of oil. For medium distance oil patterns and/or medium volumes of oil the surface can be scuffed with a white or gray abrasive pad

I just purchased my Big Bang R, from Allstar Bowling.  It was drilled by Lou, the master of ball drilling and what a fit.  This ball holds the line great, after the lanes breakdown.  There's no over/under reactions, like in most high end balls we see today.  My drilling is a stacked, weight hole on the side.  This ball goes long, with a nice arc to the pocket.  The pins explode, beyond my belief.  I started to use this ball, when the Terminator was too much.  First league game, 10 strikes, with two ten pins, just my luck.

In any case, if your looking for something, for when the lanes break down or on a medium shot, this is it.

Good bowling to all!

Baught this ball to go under my Terminator, and that is does.  I also have mine drilled stacked.  I throw 15lb and throw around 16-17 mph, with a decent amount of revs, but by no means a cranker.
I tried to used this ball in a tournament that had a lot of oil on the outsides and a very touchy shot on the inside, had to put it up as this shot is not what this ball was made for.
Last night first game in league with a good amount of oil up front and clean backends this ball shined, played right up ten and carried everything and shot 300 for my second with a lanemasters ball.
If you are trying to swing the ball make sure that you don't have too much oil as this ball just slides, once it hits the dry it starts hooking, but not a aggressive snap, just a nice even roll.

16-17 mph
medium-high rev player

i bought this ball a few months ago now and let me tell you, this ball hits hard! When it is thrown dead-flush in the pocket, the pins scatter with a "Big Bang" You can miss outside and inside your pocket and still leave good results. I am very pleased with lane masters and I am most likely goin to buy and ball from them soon.

I haven't tossed this in a tournament yet, but what a beast on a league house shot.  If there are any dry boards outside, this thing will find them and tear a hole in the pocket! 15lb, 17mph, med/high rev, 205 average

Let me start out by saying Thank You DP3 for giving me layouts when ever I asked for them, Your the best at what you do on to the ball.......

15pds
Layout-Pin above ring finger, X hole literally to the right (3inches away I believe)

Reaction: Late arc (unless I hit on it)

I used this ball out in PA this past weekend and faired pretty well with I must say. The BRB did exactly what the drilling predicted so I'm happy with the reaction I got, keeps pins low to the ground and sends pins rolling across the deck which sometimes can be a bad thing but hey as long as it gets the job done I'm happy. Very readable, Very controllable, Very good ball.

At the moment I use it as my havy oil ball, until I get my terminator (next week).
With this bal I have a average of 215 (on house shot and sport patterns) and I'm almost a mond 15!!!
