a Lanemasters purchase
«

Greetings LMs Friends,
I just received my new STING from "BowlingBall".com and it had the Lanemasters box so I thought that it would have the standard tuneup kit that generally come with a new ball.
All I received in the box was a small color fold out of Lanemasters products so did Lanemasters quit that or what?
Thanks

Only the Legends balls have the kit. Not sure if any LM balls had the kit.

That's a relatively recent change. They used to include the surface tuning kit, the ball cup, the buff-a-ball, and the cleaner with all Legends and Lanemasters balls but in the last year or so, they stopped doing that. Only the top-end Legends balls come with that stuff now.

WOW!! I just picked up my new
STING
and it really is one heck of a good looking ball, its kinda old school, pure black and very shiny.
Tomorrow I'll try it in practice and give her a go

About two years ago they discontinued all the goodies in the box. We were told they saved $10 a ball doing so. The larger box, the polish, the abralon, the CD disk, the ball cup, the cleaner and the "see saw" all added up.

I have two Black Pearl Reactives and they didn't come with the tune-up kit, but my two Conquerors have the tune-up kit and I got them last year. My World Class PP has the tune-up kit and I got it this past summer!
