Is this an OLD ball or an OVER SEAS issue? Don't remember seeing a core like that!

Brand new. Just came out! The core is a trip for sure. I've never seen anything like it. Performs great though.  www.californiabowlllc.com

I would throw this. I have 3 "China Balls" NIB that I might throw this summer just to experiment with a new grip. California Bowling has some good deals on there.

Ya that balls are certainly on par with any of the bigger companies and the two piece balls(coverstock and core. No filler) is something no one else does and I believe it helps with oil absorption since the oil can be absorbed deeper into the ball helping them last longer.

The SWAG balls are Cover/Filler/Core. Not like the Legends/LaneMasters balls even though they come basically from same company. Plus there are other companies doing the Cover/Core no filler combo so idk why you say no one else does. Quantums (Brunswick), Poison (DV8), Honey Badgers/Badgers (900global), Hyroads (Storm), etc. Im sure im missing a few

I was speaking more to his comment about giving California Bowling. Not to insinuate that all of the balls where two piece.

It would make sense for the H-road to be two piece. The core is pretty big so there isnt room for filler. Pretty sure the badgers aren't. And your list is kinda helps my point. All of the legends balls are two piece. They make effort to have multiple ball lines only be two piece. Even if other companies have them it seems as though its seems like very few.

I like 2 piece balls and like LM as well.  Really like my World Class.  That said the marketing on this line (filler or not) well just not a huge fan lets say.  It's like DV8 on steroids.  Usually I say don't care what ball looks like but hard to see myself ever owning this ball with its little ball cap and gold chain and all but hey if the kids love it so be it.  Shame because ball has a nice motion.

I feel ya. The manufactures are in Korea and is actually fairly popular. Staffers there are doing well in events and have even won a couple notable tournaments there. I totally get the design being a little off putting. I believe its a cultural thing. The bright colors and American slang is kind of a thing there. I think i'm just young enough where it doesn't bother me enough to not throw it cause in the end i'm just looking for performance.

Legends has been doing that for years and years and for a long time that's why you paid more per ball than most until recently. For your information, the Honey Badgers and the Badgers are both no filler, just check out the 900 global website. And the Hy Road's core isn't huge so i don't know what that has to do with no filler. I'm not arguing but just stating facts which you tried to debunk. I have thrown the original Black Pearl way back when and it was a great ball.

Ah kk this makes a lot of sense.  Well good luck as want to see all the ball makers succeed as less choice sucks.  Its a good ball motion.

Legends/Lane Masters today has only the name in common with the original Legends/Lane Masters.

They are two completely different company's without any of the same decision making employees or ideas.
