Title: Ball Surface before Polish

Does anyone know what surface Lanemasters uses before they polish the ball,specifically the Big R Bang?

As far as I know, 800 grit US (equivalent to P1600 grit FEPA/Abralon), followed by a strong dose of their Factory Finish polish.
