Threw this ball for the first time tonight. ALL I can say is this is one impressive reacting piece. ITs drilled pin up 5.5 x 5 and this thing motors on the backend. On the fresh house shot being a true 40ft slightly heavier medium shot. I was 7 boards stronger than my Black Pearl reactive, which is a very strong ball. It was borderline skid flip, it was effortless through the heads, and there were times were I thought that is notgoing to do anything, then BOOM it took a hellacious turn blistering the pins.
My BPR was having trouble going into the third gamer with some carrydown adding up quite a bit. Made the change to the XS in the third moved left 4 boards with my feet and 3 with eyes, and there was not carrydown anymore, it was actually still to much ball. I heard someone say this was a mild ball, this is anything but mild.
I really didn''t know what to expect with this ball. The move it makes impressed my teamates as well. I mean when it started its move it did it with authority and never backed off, just kept turning all the way to the backstop. It has much more length than expected, but my pin is like 1- 1 1/2 above my fingers, it doesn''t go to long though, and it still reads the mids pretty firmly allowing for a very predictable move. While being very strong, you know what is going to do every shot which is really nice. I bought this ball to be benchmark but BPR still has that spot because of this balls backend. I may have to pick one of these up and do a pin down drill.
Can''''t wait to throw it more, what a home run from Lane Masters
